Fast Food Friday

OK -- I admit it. I'm taking an idea from Gabriela about "Freezer Food Fridays". Great idea and I thought I'd share too, but change a little to maybe be something different (Although who's fooling anyone. All of my ideas I steal from other sources!)

So I'll entitle mine "Fast Food Friday" and share a meal that is quick and easy and ready to eat in 30 minutes or less. After all, the weekend is for fun, right??????

This week's meal is Chicken and Broccolli Alfredo from the Campbell Soup Kitchen. It is is fast and easy and tastes good too.

Ingredients:
1/2 pkg. linguine (8 oz.)*
1 cup fresh OR frozen broccoli flowerets
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:
COOK linguine according to pkg. directions. Add broccoli for last 4 min. of cooking time. Drain.
HEAT butter in skillet. Cook chicken until browned, stirring often.
ADD soup, milk, cheese, black pepper and linguine mixture and heat through. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
TIP: *Or substitute spaghetti for linguine.

Enjoy!

LOVE IT! My freezer food Friday is coming to an end because I am running out of freezer friendly recipes that I use. But I love recipes, especially ones that come with a good recommendation. I look forward to checking out your recipes on Friday.

I am going to try this one because we are moving in 7 weeks and I've got a TON of canned soup I need to use up.
